Inclusion & Diversity Programme

We’re very excited about our inclusion and diversity programme. We have been providing education to our colleagues for years regarding race, religion, sexual orientation and a whole other range of interesting topics to encourage open dialogue and ultimately everyone to feel comfortable being themselves at work.

We have just relaunched our I&D programme and have lots of great ideas for the future.

Women in Finance Charter

We are proud to have committed to the Women in Finance Charter, we want to achieve a more diverse mix in senior roles and Exec level roles in the UK and therefore decided on a 50:50 mix to be our goal, to ensure we had a clear focus on our ambition to be more diverse. We have given ourselves until 31st December 2023 to reach this goal.

The resolution to achieve the WiFC target is captured within our objectives on Internal Advocacy Budgetary support.
